To achieve our mission, TFT is looking to recruit a Marketing Communications Associate who will play a key role in amplifying our message and expanding our reach.

The Role : Marketing Communications Associate

Reporting directly to the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for tailoring messaging to internal and external audiences, managing marketing campaigns and activities within budget, and supporting other functions when it comes to brand communication. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who possesses strong marketing and communications skills, is detailed-oriented, organized, and willing to grow in a dynamic organization where they can develop themselves as well as improve Thai education at the same time.

Key outcomes for this role will be the following:

This role will support Teach For Thailand’s brand-building efforts and execute a robust marketing and communications strategy. Your success will be gauged by the following Communication team’s goal;

  • Effective and alignment of internal communications that aligned with TFT’s brand and mission.
  • A 10% increase in social media followers and website traffic through active content creation and campaign execution.
  • A 5% increase in email marketing open rate through engaging and well-crafted email content.
  • Secure brand presence through the mainstream media in Thailand
  • Secure brand presence and participation in major NGO or government-sponsored education events.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Internal Alignment of Marketing & Communications Strategy

  • Support the process of internal brand alignment 
  • Help in the creation and distribution of comprehensive communication guidelines within the organization.
  • Collaborate with other functions to ensure consistent messaging and alignment 

Building Brand Awareness and Public Recognition

  • Support the execution of digital and traditional media strategies 
  • Contribute to the production of engaging digital content, including posts, articles, or videos for social media platforms.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including the creation and distribution of newsletters.
  • Support in media relationship building and creating media pitching communications. 
  • Support in award submissions and recognition programs that align with TFT’s mission

Event Participation

  • Assist in organizing and preparing for TFT’s participation in events and conferences.
  • Aid in the logistical planning and execution of TFT’s involvement in industry events, ensuring timely and effective participation.
  • Help in creating communication materials and provide support during the events

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, and campaign execution, and able to analyze social media data and trends.
  • Familiarity with branding and raising organizational profiles through marketing and PR.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant online tools
