วันครอบครัวสากล (International Day of Families) ตรงกับวันที่ 15 พฤษภาคมของทุกปี ประกาศโดยองค์การสหประชาชาติเพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้ถึงความสำคัญของครอบครัว ซึ่งเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการเรียนรู้ที่สำคัญที่สุด โดยเฉพาะสำหรับเด็กในช่วงปฐมวัย
การพัฒนาสถาบันครอบครัว จึงมีความสำคัญสำหรับการพัฒนาเด็กในวัยดังกล่าวอย่างมาก
“ปฐมวัย (0-6 ปี) เป็นช่วงเวลาที่เด็กยังคงผูกพันใกล้ชิดกับผู้ปกครองและยังไม่ถูกดึงความสนใจไปจากสังคมภายนอกครับ” ทีม - เดชาธร วรพันธุ์ ศิษย์เก่าทีช ฟอร์ ไทยแลนด์ รุ่นที่ 7 เล่า “เลยเป็นโอกาสสำคัญมากๆ ที่จะวางรากฐานทางความคิด พฤติกรรม และความเชื่อมั่นในตนเองของเด็ก”
“ซึ่งผู้ปกครองก็จะมีบทบาทสำคัญในการสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันให้กับลูกๆ ครับ” ต้นกล้า - สรรสร้าง ช่วยชู ศิษย์เก่าฯ รุ่นที่ 8 เสริม
เพราะ “ก้าวแรก” ต้องดี
แม้เข้าร่วมโครงการผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงไม่พร้อมกัน แต่ทีมและต้นกล้าต่างขับเคลื่อนพัฒนาห้องเรียนของตนเองด้วยความเชื่อเหมือนกันว่า การศึกษาคือพื้นที่ที่สามารถสนับสนุนความฝันของเด็กในประเทศไทยได้
“เด็กที่ครูผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปสอน หลายคนอยู่ในสภาพสังคมที่ไม่ค่อยดี พ่อกับแม่หย่ากันหรือขาดการเลี้ยงดู โตมาก็ทำตัวไม่ดี” ทีมเล่า “แต่ผมคิดว่าการศึกษาทำให้เขาหลุดจากวงจรนี้ได้” โดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาขั้นแรกสุด นั่นคือการเลี้ยงดูจากพ่อแม่นั่นเอง
หลังจบโครงการฯ ทั้งสองจึงร่วมกับเพื่อนสนิทของทีม ซิน - โชติกา โภคาธิกรณ์ เข้าร่วม Social Innovation Incubation Project (SIIP) โครงการบ่มเพาะนวัตกรรมทางสังคมของมูลนิธิทีช ฟอร์ ไทยแลนด์ เพื่อต่อยอดความเชื่อสู่การลงมือสร้างนวัตกรรมทางสังคมที่มุ่งเน้นพัฒนาเด็กตั้งแต่ระดับปฐมวัย รวมไปถึงครอบครัว
ที่เล่นที่ “พิเศษ”
“ที่เล่นพิเศษ เป็นเครื่องมือบนแพลตฟอร์ม LINE Official Account เพื่อช่วยผู้ปกครองคิดหรือค้นหากิจกรรมที่สามารถทำร่วมกับลูกได้ง่ายๆ ที่บ้านค่ะ” ซินอธิบาย “โดยนอกจากการส่งต่อไอเดียกิจกรรมสนุกๆ แล้ว เรามีการติดตามและเก็บผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้เห็นความเปลี่ยนแปลงของลูกอย่างชัดเจนด้วย”
โดยเมื่อวันที่ 3 พฤษภาคมที่ผ่านมา ที่เล่นพิเศษ ได้จัดกิจกรรมเวิร์กช็อปภายใต้การสนับสนุนจาก สมาคมนวัตกรรมคนรุ่นใหม่ (Society of Young Social Innovators - SYSI) และสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) เปิดตัวเครื่องมือและเชิญพ่อ แม่ ผู้ปกครอง พร้อมลูกๆ 10 ครอบครัว มาเรียนรู้ร่วมกันผ่านการเล่นเพื่อทำความรู้จัก ที่เล่นพิเศษ ให้มากขึ้น
“ผมได้เทคนิคใหม่ๆ ในการเล่นกับลูก และได้เครื่องมือไปลองใช้จริงเพื่อให้ลูกมีพัฒนาการที่ดีทั้งด้านอารมณ์และพฤติกรรมครับ” คุณมรุต ดำแก้ว ผู้ปกครองที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเล่า
“กิจกรรมเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ปกครองได้อ่านสิ่งที่ลูกๆ อยากบอกหรืออยากให้ผู้ปกครองเข้าใจในตัวเด็ก ทำให้เราได้เห็นถึงมุมมองและความต้องการของลูกมากขึ้น” คุณวันเพ็ญ จีนทุมี ผู้ปกครองอีกท่าน เสริม “แถมน้องยังได้มีปฏิบัติสัมพันธ์กับคนอื่นๆ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ดีสำหรับการพัฒนาทักษะทางสังคม เป็นกิจกรรมที่ดีมากค่ะ”
“ผู้ปกครองหลายคนเลือกที่จะสละวันหยุดเพื่อมาร่วมเล่นและใช้เวลากับลูก ผมว่ามันแสดงให้เห็นถึงความตั้งใจและการเปิดใจต่อแนวทางการเรียนรู้แบบใหม่ที่ไม่ได้เน้นแค่การสอนจากผู้ใหญ่สู่เด็ก แต่เป็นการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันผ่านการเล่นครับ“ ต้นกล้าสะท้อน
การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่แท้จริง
เป้าหมายระยะยาวของ ที่เล่นพิเศษ คือการสร้าง “ชุมชนของผู้ปกครอง” ที่ไม่ได้เป็นผู้รับไอเดียจากทีมงานเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่ยังสามารถส่งต่อแรงบันดาลใจและความเข้าใจถึงคุณค่าของการเล่นกับลูกสู่ครอบครัวอื่นๆ และชักชวนให้มาพัฒนาลูกไปด้วยกันได้
ท้ายที่สุดแล้ว จะเกิดเครือข่ายที่เป็น “พื้นที่ปลอดภัย” สำหรับทั้งเด็กและผู้ปกครอง ที่เป็นทั้งพื้นที่ทางกายและทางใจที่ทุกคนสามารถเรียนรู้ร่วมกันได้อย่างแท้จริง เพราะวินาทีที่เด็กๆ เริ่มเปิดใจ กล้าแสดงออกอย่างเต็มที่ พวกเขาจะได้สื่อสารความรู้สึกและได้แสดงออกถึง “ตัวตน” ในแบบของเขาเอง
“เด็กที่ได้ใช้เวลาคุณภาพร่วมกับผู้ปกครองในช่วงวัยนี้ ก็จะเพิ่มโอกาสเติบโตอย่างเข้มแข็งและสามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่นอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพได้ค่ะ” ซินเล่า และความสามารถนี้เองจะเป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่ทำให้พวกเขาเติบโตเป็นพลเมืองคุณภาพของสังคมในอนาคต
นี่คือภาพของการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ทั้งสามคนวาดไว้ และสำหรับทีมและต้นกล้า ก็เป็นความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ตั้งใจสร้างตั้งแต่เข้าร่วม “โครงการผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง”
“ผมได้ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำจากโครงการฯ” ทีมสรุป “และการเป็นครูผู้นำฯ ก็ต้องนำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงจริงๆ”
ไม่ว่าจะเล็กหรือใหญ่ ความเชื่อที่แรงกล้าและการลงมือทำคือจุดเริ่มต้นสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่จับต้องได้ คุณ ก็สามารถต่อยอดความเชื่อและความมุ่งมั่นของคุณเหมือนกับ ที่เล่นพิเศษ
จากจุดเริ่มต้นที่ชื่อว่า โครงการผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง โครงการเดียวที่คุณจะได้พัฒนาตัวเองและเปลี่ยนชีวิตเด็กนับร้อย

Why Families Matter
May 15 is International Day of Families, declared by the United Nations to highlight how vital families are, especially in early childhood. For children aged 0–6, home is their first and most important place to learn.
“Early childhood is when kids are still very close to their parents and not yet pulled toward the outside world,” says Team – Dechathon Woraphan, a Teach for Thailand alum from Cohort 7.
“That’s why it’s a crucial time to build their thinking, behavior, and confidence.”
TonKla – Sansang Chuaichoo, Cohort 8 alum, adds,
“Parents play a key role in creating a home environment where their children feel safe to learn and grow together.”
Because the “First Step” Must Be Strong
Even though Team and TonKla joined the Fellowship in different years, they shared one belief: Education can help every child pursue their dreams.
“Many of the students I taught grew up in difficult situations, some from divorced families or without proper care,” Team recalls.
“But I believe education can help them break free from that cycle. And it all starts with how a child is raised by their parents.”
After completing the Fellowship program, Team and TonKla teamed up with their close friend Cin – Chotika Pocathikorn. They joined Teach for Thailand’s Social Innovation Incubation Project (SIIP) to turn their shared belief into a social solution.
What Is Teelenpisess?
“Teelenpisess is a tool on LINE Official Account that helps parents discover easy, fun activities to do at home with their children,” explains Cin.
“Beyond giving activity ideas, we also track each child’s progress so parents can see real changes over time.”
On May 3, Teelenpisess launched its first hands‑on workshop with support from the Society of Young Social Innovators (SYSI) and the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (Thai Health or สสส.). Ten families joined to learn and play together as they explored the platform.
Voices from the Workshop
“I learned new ways to play with my child,” says Mr. Marut Damkaew, a participating parent.
“The tools we received helped my child’s emotional and behavioral development.”
Another parent, Ms. Wanphen Chantumee, shares,
“The activities helped me understand my child’s feelings and needs better. I also saw my child connect with others—a big plus for social skills. It was an amazing experience.”
“Many parents gave up their weekend to join us,” TonKla notes.
“That shows their dedication and openness to learning alongside their kids.”
Real, Lasting Change
The long‑term goal of Teelenpisess is to build a community of parents who don’t just receive ideas but also share their inspiration and understanding of why play matters. They will invite other families to join in and help their children grow together.
Ultimately, this will become a safe space—both physically and emotionally—where children and parents truly learn side by side. When kids feel free to open up and express themselves, they share their feelings and show their true selves.
“Children who spend quality time playing with their parents at this age are more likely to grow up strong, confident, and able to build healthy relationships,” says Cin. These skills help them become active, caring citizens in the future.
This is the vision that Team, TonKla, and Cin set out to create, a change that began the moment they joined the Fellowship Program.
“The Fellowship program gave me leadership skills,” Team reflects.
“As a Fellow, we enable lasting change.”
