Teach For Thailand is a nonprofit organization committed to more equitable and just education opportunities for children in Thailand. We want to better Thai education, one classroom at a time. And we do this by partnering with communities to develop a network of leaders through our Fellowship Program.
What We Do:
We develop leaders to improve educational opportunities for children in Thailand through our 2-year Fellowship Program.
In the Fellowship Program, we recruit, develop, and place people from all backgrounds to teach in underserved schools for two years. During this time, Fellows learn through firsthand
experience and grow their leadership skills by collaborating with stakeholders in schools and communities.
After their experience, graduates of the Program are empowered to drive positive changes in Thai education and beyond. Whether they carry on as teachers, become policymakers, start their own social enterprises, or work in the public or private sector, they are able to affect change in different ways.
The Role: Talent Acquisition Associate
At the core of Teach For Thailand’s unique model is our ability to inspire Thailand’s best talents to join the movement and become lifelong champions of educational inequity. The Talent Acquisition Team takes a unique approach in identifying, cultivating, and selecting Thailand’s future leaders to join our flagship “Leaders For Change” Fellowship program – the 2-year leadership development program for our country’s most promising young leaders. In 2024, the team will recruit 80-100 participants (“fellows”) to join the eleven cohort of the Fellowship program.

To achieve our mission, TFT is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Associate who will play a key role in creating an effective end-to-end recruitment activity. His/her duties will range from lead generation to onboarding 25 fellows for the recruitment year and managing interns. Goal-driven, strong communication skills, and resilience will be keys to success in this role. This position will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
● Utilize various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and university partnerships, to identify and attract potential candidates.
● Craft compelling outreach messages to engage candidates, effectively communicating Teach For Thailand’s mission and fellowship opportunity.
● Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
● Participate in candidate interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates’ alignment with Teach For Thailand’s values and criteria.
● Cultivate strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
● Establish and maintain connections with potential candidates, building a pipeline for future fellowship cohorts.
● Plan and execute recruitment events, webinars, and workshops to attract and educate prospective candidates about Teach For Thailand’s mission and fellowship program.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment systems, tracking progress and interactions.
● Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition of selected candidates into the onboarding process.
● Engage with the Marketing and Communications team to develop engaging content for recruitment campaigns.
Apply if you have:
● 2+ years of hands-on working experience with a proven track record of achievement
● Experience working in a target-driven environment, and prior experience as a sales or recruiter is a plus
● Possess a “can-do attitude”
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
● Ability to plan, analyze, organize, and solve problems to work effectively and efficiently
● Flexibility (able to travel and work on the weekend occasionally)

● Good command of English and Thai fluency is mandatory (written and spoken)
